MISSED LESSONS

Missed individual lessons cannot be made up.

We will credit 50% of the value of the first missed lesson in a semester to be applied on re-enrolment. Subsequent missed lessons will not be credited.

Group lessons CANNOT be made up or credited.

If the professor is absent, we commit ourselves, as far as possible, to provide a substitute. In the event that we are unable to offer the lesson, we will issue a full credit at re-enrolment or a refund at the end of the semester.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registration to a semester can be paid in one or two installments. The first installment is due at registration and the second at mid-semester as a post-dated cheque.

We accept debit, credit, cash and cheque.

Cheques are to be made out to: Musilab inc.

A $20 fee is applied to any bounced cheque (NSF).

REFUND/WITHDRAWAL

We apply Office de la protection du consommateur policy.

A withdrawal PRIOR to the beginning of the semester is fully refundable.

For a withdrawal DURING the semester, you must pay the following :

The cost of lessons taken (including lessons missed by the student for reasons other than professor absence).

AND

A penalty provided by the Act, corresponding to the smallest amount : $50 or 10% of the amount due for the remaining lessons.
